We use Kagoshima Prefecture's brand pork, Kagoshima Black Pork.You can enjoy all-you-can-eat pork that is crisp, tender, tasty and refreshing.It contains a lot of amino acids that give it a savory and sweet taste.You can also eat as much fresh vegetables as you like, including Chinese cabbage, lettuce, and green onions, all picked that morning.It also contains a lot of nutrients such as collagen and minerals.
